My techniques focus on the use of bright gold colors and bold imagery. I work primarily with acrylic paint applied directly onto canvas, transforming them into painting that tell the story of my tribe the Cheyenne and Arapaho.. Through my artwork, I honor my tribe, the Cheyenne and Arapaho, by depicting our people, history, and rich history. Each piece reflects cultural identity, resilience, and the continuation of our stories, blending contemporary materials with traditional narratives. My work serves as both visual expression and cultural preservation, sharing Indigenous stories through a modern artistic lens. I do like to work in different styles but the theme is still the same the preservation and cultural integrity of my tribe stories. Because as an artist we are the caretakers of our tribes stories and need to handle them with caring gloves to pass those stories on for the next generation.
