I�m from the Red Willow people of Taos Pueblo. I do natural stone mosaic lapidary inlay with hand fabricated silver overlay jewelry. I learned this art 30 years ago from my late husband, who was a 3rd generation jeweler. He showed me the basic techniques of cutting, forming, soldering silver to cutting and placing stone�s in each piece of jewelry. Throughout the years participating in art shows & winning awards, has made me feel blessed that I am creating my beautiful pieces of jewelry that people will appreciate for generations. By passing on my experience to my children makes my heart swell with happiness knowing our legacy will carry on through them.
