Traditional made pottery utilizing harvested Santa Clara Clay. Clay is hand sifted and mixed with volcanic ash, which is also harvested by hand. All pottery is hand built utilizing coil or slab method. Pottery is polished with a natural slip and polished with a stone. Pottery is then wood fired and designed after the firing utilizing the sgraffito technique.
