I collect clay from the Anchorage mudflats and process it for use in making Alaskan animal art tiles. I make collagraph plates to impress my designs into the clay. I bisque then glaze fire them in a cone 6 oxidation firing. I mix my own glazes. My tiles are handprinted art on clay instead of paper.
