George Levi

As a Cheyenne Artist, I use Antique Ledger Documents/Paper, I freehand draw in the outlines of my subject using Archival India Ink Pens and then I color in using different media's such as Gouache, Prismacolor Colored Pencils, Acrylic Paints, and Watercolor Paints. Ledger Art is a Traditional Artform of the Cheyenne People as it has its origins amongst the Cheyenne People starting in the 1830's.
