I create a neo-traditional style of jewelry utilizing, copper, brass, sterling silver, fine silver, gold and gourd material using fabrication methods and two different casting methods, tufa stone casting and cuttlebone casting. I utilize natural stone and organic materials to embellish my work such as, turquoise ,coral, dinosaur bone, shells, jet, wood, and fossilized ivory. For the gourd jewelry, I grow and process most of my gourds and hand cut and decorate using pyrography and paint with alcohol and acrylic paint.
