The styles or techniques that are used in my artistic approach are of a my mixed media form which is a Traditional Pyrography Art or as it may be better known as Wood Burning. Using specialized tools such as a pyrography pens to burn my designs on to basswood, oak or other types of wood is how the process of creation begins. Upon completion of my pieces I use acrylic paints to enhance the natural beauty of my wooden art pieces, therefore creating a mixed media piece of work of woodburn and paint.
