Process: Cut raw material with slicing machine into various shapes and sizes. Using black jet as the backing, place each piece individually like a puzzle. Bind the materials together using epoxy glue mixed with black jet powder. Allow 24 hours for the glue to cure and harden. Then take the piece to the water drip grinding machine to smooth rough edges and contour the shape. Lastly, polish the final product on buffing wheel using Zam polishing product.Materials can include the following: Kingman Turquoise, Black Jet, Green Serpentine, Various Shells, Royal Purple Jade, Palmwood Serpentine, Yellow Serpentine, Pipestone, Gaspeite, Thulite, Pink Opalite, Bumblebee Jasper, Lapis Lazuli, Maligano, Red Leopard Jasper, Spider Jasper, Mexican Amber, Rhodonite, Magnesite, Charoite, Dalmatian Serpentine, Variecite, Lepidolite, Sandstone Serpentine, Alunite, Picasso Marble, Stitchtite, Purpurite, Cinnabrite, Gaspeite, Black Jet, Animal bone (beef bone or water buffalo teeth), Wampum shell.
