I create handmade Native American Art using porcupine quills, seed beads, buckskin both brain tan and commercial hides. I incorporate both traditional designs and contemporary into my work.I am inspired by historical type designs of my ancestors.I create Native American dolls, incorporating traditional Ojibwe floral and woodland designs and those of the plains Nakota designs both of my ancestry. I use traditional filling for my dolls of cattail fluff, harvested seasonally during the winter when the ground is frozen. I adorn my dolls in different fashions depending on how I envision them. Ojibwe style beadwork in applique styles. Items created include medallions with a mix of quillwrap and beadwork, moccasins, bandolier bags, pipe bags, tobacco pouches, and regalia. Much of artwork includes Ojibwe floral designs as we are a woodland tribe. I also create ledger art using vintage ledgers from the 1800's/
