Hand gathered red clay and volcanic ash sand, sifted down to the finest grains, mixed with local water, after mix of clay stored away for a month for curing. Hand coiling structure method of pots and bowls, drying out stage at room temperature. Sanding and shaping out pots and bowls to the finest as can be. Apply traditional natural white buff slip and red slip. Painted, decorating traditional designs such as birds, flowers, and geometric designs with natural bee weed pigment. Traditional outdoors, open pit flame firing.
